I have previously written many times about my stint with Goldman Sachs, albeit as a contractor. To this day, I wonder how it would have been to have converted over to a perm - my career would have gone in a completely different trajectory.

I found this paper when I was clearing out my shelf last week - I found this put up at my desk when I first travelled on site, way back in 2003. And for every working day in that stint, I used read this before starting my day’s work.

The amount of motivation, and connection to the goals that this piece of paper provided was tremendous - it was so good that I carried it back and set it up on my desk, back in India. It stayed on, till I misplaced it in a move.

Almost all my principles and outlook towards my work today has its roots here - Anything I say, or do in terms of work has its founding here.
